Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Natural Lash Curling/Lifting Treatment.

Most clients enjoy lifted lashes for six to eight weeks. Longevity depends on your natural growth cycle and aftercare. Regular maintenance appointments are recommended to keep a consistent curl as lashes naturally shed and new growth appears.

We perform a consultation and patch test for clients with sensitive eyes. Formulas are selected to minimize irritation, and technicians adjust technique accordingly. If you have eye infections, allergies, or recent surgery, treatment may be deferred for safety.

When applied by trained technicians, the treatment reshapes lashes without weakening them. Proper timing and product selection prevent overlap or overprocessing. Extremely brittle or chemically treated lashes may be unsuitable; discuss history so we can recommend the safest option.

Arrive makeup-free around the eyes and remove contact lenses before your appointment. Avoid lash extensions for at least two weeks. Bring medical information for any eye conditions and expect the service to take about 45 to 60 minutes.

Avoid water, steam, swimming and eye makeup for the first twenty-four hours to set the curl. Skip oil-based products near the eyes and gently brush lashes with a clean spoolie daily to maintain shape and prevent clumping.

Wait at least twenty-four hours before applying mascara. After that, water-based mascaras are recommended; avoid heavy waterproof formulas for a few days. Always remove makeup gently with non-oily removers to protect the lifted curl and lashes.
